Chaoheng Yin

Biography

I joined the lab as a visiting PhD student in 2025 and have continued to collaborate with the group as a Research Assistant. My research focuses on AI methods for PDE-constrained inverse problems, neural operators, and structural health monitoring of civil infrastructure.

I am a PhD student in Hydraulic Engineering at Chongqing Jiaotong University. My recent work develops neural operator-based inverse modeling methods for infrastructure monitoring, with applications to dam leakage detection using electrical resistivity tomography.
