Yumeng Chen

Biography

I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from South China University of Technology (Guangzhou, China),where I was a recipient of the National Scholarship and recognized as an Outstanding Student. In 2025, I joined Professor Pan’s research group to pursue my doctoral studies. My research integrates 3D reconstruction and computer vision to advance post-earthquake damage assessment. Specifically, I aim to develop intelligent and efficient solutions for rapid structural inspection and safety evaluation in post-earthquake scenarios.
