Yuwen Deng

Biography

I am currently a Research Assistant at HKUST. My research focuses on data-driven approaches for improving the energy efficiency of existing residential buildings, as well as LLM applications in modular construction.

I earned my Bachelor of Architecture from Guangzhou University, where I ranked first in my cohort, and later completed my Master of Architecture at Southeast University, specializing in sustainable urban regeneration and building energy conservation. I am a recipient of the China Scholarship Council (CSC), and will pursue my PhD study at UBC, co-supervised by the UBC and HKUST research groups.
